When you submit an RFQ, drawing, specification or technical requirement, S.A. SAGUY Ltd. may share the relevant technical and contact information with selected manufacturers, suppliers or service providers where reasonably necessary to evaluate feasibility, identify a sourcing solution, obtain pricing or lead times, or otherwise respond to your request.

By submitting technical information for sourcing or quotation purposes, you acknowledge that relevant technical information may be disclosed to selected potential suppliers where reasonably necessary to process your request, evaluate feasibility, obtain quotations, identify suitable manufacturing or sourcing solutions, or provide related sourcing services.

Only information reasonably relevant to the sourcing request is shared. We do not sell customer information as personal data.

Service providers involved in hosting, data processing, AI processing, email, storage or other website infrastructure may process information on our behalf, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

The website allows you to upload engineering drawings and technical specifications. Uploaded content may be processed by technology and AI service providers solely to provide the relevant website functionality, including extracting or interpreting technical information where you use that functionality.

AI-generated or AI-extracted technical information is an assistance tool. It should be reviewed against your original documentation before being relied upon.

SAGUY does not use customer drawings, specifications or other uploaded customer content for the purpose of training its own AI models. Where third-party AI or technology service providers process uploaded content on our behalf, such providers may process the information solely for the purpose of providing the relevant services to SAGUY, subject to the applicable contractual, privacy and security terms governing those services.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, to handle an inquiry, maintain a commercial relationship, or meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations — and then delete or anonymize it. Cookie consent records are retained as an audit trail showing what was consented to and when.

We periodically review retained information and delete or anonymize information that is no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable legal, contractual, accounting and legitimate business record-keeping requirements.

Cookie consent records are kept as anonymous or pseudonymous audit entries. A record may contain a unique consent ID, a timestamp, the consent choice and categories selected, the applicable Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy versions, and the previous consent setting where consent was later changed or withdrawn.

Depending on other applicable laws, you may also have additional rights, including, where applicable, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent.
